Privacy Policy

RocketDues helps businesses track invoices and send automated payment follow-ups. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to our website, our web app and our iOS and Android apps.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, company name and password credentials, created when you sign up.
Invoice and customer data. Invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, statuses and the customer names and contact details you enter so follow-ups can be sent.
Enquiry data. Details you submit through pricing or contact forms, such as email, company and the plan you are interested in.
Technical data. Basic log data such as IP address, device type and browser, used for security and diagnosing faults.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, run the invoice tracking and reminder features you ask for, send service and follow-up emails, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable and safe.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers that run the service on our behalf: our cloud hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. They process data under contract and only for us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your workspace is restricted to your account through row-level database rules, so other customers cannot read your invoices. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from inside the app, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children
RocketDues is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
