Delete your RocketDues account
You can permanently delete your RocketDues account and its data at any time.
Option 1: in the app
- Sign in to the RocketDues app or at rocketdues.com.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap the button.
Option 2: email us
Email support@rocketdues.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your login, business profile and logo, clients, invoices, invoice PDFs and reminder schedules are permanently deleted straight away. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are held by our payment processor (Stripe) for the legally required period only.
